The GTV product spectrum imparts spare parts, consumables and thermal spray equipment ranging from single components up to complete "turn-key“ installations.
We provide spare parts for all commonly used spraying guns from various producers (e.g. Metco, PT or Miller) including UTP flame spraying guns. All consumables that are applied in thermal spraying, both in wire and powder shape, can be supplied.
In addition, we offer thermal spray equipment ranging from single components up to complete "turn-key“ installations. We develop and produce high velocity oxy fuel (HVOF) and plasma spray equipment as well as wire and powder flame equipment, including components for process control, powder feeders and adapted handling devices.
"Turn-key" installations and project engineering complete our product spectrum. We build "turn-key" installations and offer full project engineering including planing, consulting and conception of suitable solutions up to their realization and training of the future spraying personnel.
